Or, go back to the heatpipe based passive coolers. They have pipes, check MEG X570 GODLIKE , ... and even then they have fans, the problem is that everybody to be doing this fan thing is that the Chipset is running extremly hot, i still think it can be done passively, but probably its much cheaper ...

Article at bit-tech, I think it's worth reading. A new generation of aftermarket gfx coolers will be needed for cards with HBM.
