Re: FS: Smart Drive 2002C Copper Hard Drive Enclosures
Thanks for your interest! Would like to sell them to you! I've attempted to send you a reply PM, but it doesn't want to leave the "Outbox". I'm still trying to figure it out. If you're comfortable enough with sharing your email, maybe you could PM that to me and then we could correspond that way. Ed...

I don't see how this video card gets a "SPCR Recommended" rating? Aside from being energy efficient (does that in any way translate to a quieter overall system in the real world?), it appears from the review to be relatively loud at idle (when it most counts) and difficult to make quiet. The switches are hardwired to the tricool fans, but they un-clip from the switch plate - no cutting or permanent damage need result, unless... My ques...

I don't use any kind of custom mounting for the drives. They are installed in the 3 1/2" hard drive cage that is standard on the case. However, the iStyle case doesn't use screws to secure the drives - it uses integral twist clamps of some sort. The claims are that this is good for reducing vibratio...

Initial impression of the Seagate 7200.8
These are really great forums... I've learned a lot by reading them over the last year and a half. I built my current system about a year and a half ago based on the recommendations and reviews posted here, and have been quite happy. However, I ran up against the storage ceiling several months ago, ...
