I'm home now and the download link works fine. I was using an NT4 (ie5?) machine at work before which may explain why the download didn't start automatically. :D

Hi, www.PCSilensieux.com should be spelt www.PCSilencieux.com. Also, I can't seem to download the file from your software area - the link just takes me back to the spcr home page.

sthayashi , thanks for the info about the meter. I didn't spot that lab tour page - the B&K 2203 is a classic old design (early 70s I recall) and was normally shipped with a Type 4145 mic. A very interesting post, but I have a more general question for MikeC - what type of sound level meter are you using that allows you to measure down to 15dBA?
