Thermalright's website says that the V1 (non-ultra) is not compatible with the 7800 series, but the dimensions are virtually identical, so it may fit. It may not cool it as well though?

Well that's good news. Sure will have to take a good look at your mobo and PCI card arrangement to see if that 60 x 47 x 69mm part will fit - people can barely fit their NB47J's (37 x 37 x 47) in there on some boards.
