love my Silverstone FT02 except...

the hard drive cage is horrible. Not only is the hard drive trays cheap and flimsy but the entire apparatus is LOUD! I wish silverstone put more emphasis on noise dampening on this part of the case! I guess they were expecting everyone to SSD it up... anyone use regular HDD's and found a solution to...

thanks yall..

my room temp is around 23-24C so it's a little on the hotter side i guess.

I guess I won't be too worried about these temps as long as they don't go over 70 :D

my HX520 fan recently started acting up, making intermittent chirping noises which is quite odd.

hows Corsairs RMA service? It comes and goes so i'm worried they will deny this RMA because the fan might not reproduce the sound upon testing.

Hey, i guess i'm the only one here on this board that is using the Tuniq Tower. Most of the people here are concerned about silence and neither the Tuniq or the U-120 are geared for low fan speed/low noise... but i can CONFIRM that the Tuniq even with low fan speed in a low airflow case provides AMP...

can't tell you much about the fan that is included with the tuniq since i'm using a scythe s-flex e, but i'm quite happy with the tuniq perfromance in a low airflow case.. the mounting system really works wonders because you can get really good pressure on the cpu.

Hey guys have this for sale.. i lapped the base because the edges were a little high... I have not tested it since lapping but i'm sure the performance difference is there. That's what I basically did for the original Ninja, since I lost the included 775 mount. Then I tried using the SCURK backplate+rails arrangement, but none of the three screw-on clips that come with the Rev. B interact with the SCURK rails properly. AFAIK the SCURK is designed for working with the ...

In Madshrimps' recent roundup, the Ninja on low outperformed the Tuniq Tower on low by about 1.5C. the problem with my ninja was the mounting system was never tight, even after switching to SCURK1 bolt through, it didn't help at all. I had a Ninja running in my Solo and recently swapped it for a Tuniq Tower, the performance of the cooler even with low fan speeds in my system is still better than the Ninja by ~4-5C.

Also the mounting System is way better on the Tuniq than the Ninja, and U120X.
