I wouldn't be surprised if the 330W Seasonic powered all of that just fine, especially in a case with a thermal zone for the PSU like the P180.

You still don't need 750W, and frankly, I think the power supply is the last thing you should worry about being loud with a system like that. Also, unless you have some sort of duct to feed fresh air into the PSU all the time, the heat from those components will likely ramp up the PSU fan anyway.

As mentioned, while the Seasonic is more efficient, most of the extra battery time you got was from the Active PFC.

Since very few people will ever reach 400W, I doubt the fan will run at full speed. However, I doubt even more than it will run quietly.
