The Scythe Mugen 2 Source link is incorrect. It takes us to the Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme review instead of : http://www.silentpcreview.com/scythe-mugen2

P.S. Congrats to MikeC for his 10 000 th post !

Even with a MK-13 the problem would be the VRM temperatures. With 250w going trough the card, they would be as hot as hell unless you buy seperate heatsinks for them

Scythe Musashi : WOW !

I recently bought the Scythe Musashi VGA cooler. I installed it on my 8800 GTS ( G80 ) video card and the only word that comes in mind is WOW. The original cooler was emitting a slight high pitch sound and it was keeping the GPU temperature at 82-83C while folding. I'm having trouble hearing the fan...

I sent one of my AAKS-00B3A drives to WD because I had bad clusters on it. Those idiots sent me the dual platter version : AAKS-00VYA0. Now I am stuck with a slower and noisier drive. Is there anything I can do ? Can I ask them to send me the same drive version I sent them originally ?

It's not very restrictive. There's so much space between the fins on the Accelero that the air can go trough it easily. I figured that since I don't need any cooling under the Accelero I could use that to redirect most of the airflow on the Accelero rather than under it. It dropped the temperature o...
