I had removed a couple of PCI slot covers below the GPU as well as my home made GPU partition, so I'll see if I can construct a BIONIC_EARS style vent for the cooler also to help more heat out instead of recirculating. I just used some long black "bag ties" (4-5 inches long) to go through the fan holes and then through the drive bay holes - seems to hold them quite secure, as my P180B was before the paper clip versions....

Got my new front door about 3 weeks ago - it came as a complete front, not just the door - I didn't want to replace the whole thing though (having hidden my USB/LED cables) so just swapped the door - works a treat and no warping so far. Doesn't hit the on/off switch either when closed (if that helps).
