I would not recommend this one since it's an old fortron model. Its efficiency is low. The new version called bluestorm or fsp350-60THN seems a better choice.
Still cheap and probably better, if you can get them, there are the seasonics 301HT/351HT.

The s12 330 has only 8A on the 12V1 which is the line who supplies the graphics card and the HDs. It may be enough, may be not, depending on the rest of the setup. As far as I know, both 12v lines can't be combined on the s12.

Does anybody the power consumption of the nforce3 and 4 for amd?
I saw that it was about half the one of the nforce intel edition which was 29, so it would make about 15.

In case anyone is curious, I asked Fortron if the circuit board on the Green Power was the same as on their fanless Zen PSU and they said no.
