If you have money for both an 3800+ X2 and a P180, buy the Asus A8N-SLI Premium with the heatpipe, so it's absolutely silent. Only ~60$ more.

For future reference, VIA is a joke.

That is ultra important.

Will this watercooling reach the lower chamber? If not, and you decide to go with the Phantom, try a Samsung Spinpoint HD, they are really quiet and cool.

Go with the Seasonic, The phantom has an auto shut off feature if it gets too hot, and you may be pushing with with a fanless lower chamber...

3200+ is blow away by the 3700+ (they are both socket939 correct?)

However with overclocking the performance gap is not so defined.

The 2ghz won't be much slower than the 2.2 ghz of the 3700+, and you can probably overclock the X2 very well (I hear they are two Venices cores). However, if you mostly play games, I'd go for the 3700+, save 100$ for a better video card or what not. If you do a lot of multitasking, like playing game...

teknerd is right about the Asus Premium mobo, but for the video card, you should get an X800XL, cheaper and performs alongside the 6800GT.

Since it is and AMD system, you should probably just go with some Corsair Valueselect memory. Then I'd go for an X800XL if you don't get the 7800GTX. I know Truepower2 works fine, anything Antec will be good most likely, and I don't think your mobo PSU connectors are too far from the center of the board.

If you are in a budget squeeze, go with the A64 3000+ Venice, it overclocks just as high as is 40$ less, X800XL is far greater than 6600GT than 3200+>3000+. AND, at monarch, u can get the X800XL for a mere 250$.
