If you're having 4 HDDs, it may justify a 4in3 module, otherwise not. The stacker is so big and there's plenty of room to have the HDDs in elastic cord. I can show you some pics later, but not today. I've decided to ditch the upsidedown mount. The GPU gets a bit warmer this way, around 5-6°C and i don't gain that much elsewhere. And i'll try Aleksis thought on moving the PSU back above the Ninja. Perhaps there's room to mount the fan outside the PSU just sandwiched between the PSU and Ninja. :)...
