Well, I just installed Zalman VF700Cu. I don't know if it is Zalman or my carefully applied case damping of both of them, but @5V it is impossible to hear it when case is closed :) I just ran 3Dmark05 constantly for 30 minutes and got 58C peak at GPU core and 67C at NB. You might want to make sure the heatsink is set on tightly. Maybe take it off and reattach it with some artic silver instead of the thermal grease or pad that's on there now.
