Thanks for all the replies so far. The holesaw will be coming to this case first to make routing behind the mobo tray possible and it will hide some of the length in my non oem power supply. Im hoping to mount the two hard drives on top of one another but vertically and screwed to the inside of the ...

Thanks for the help. I have found that my video card will fit, and I cant use most psu's at the expense of the optical which I dont use. The psu I am looking at is the hx650 which is 155mm long I beleive vs the ea380 at 150mm so that shouldnt be an issue. Storage wise I run a ssd and a 3.5" sata dis...

questions about the nsk3480
Hi all, looking to downsize from my p182 to a 3480. I will keep my gtx 275 regardless of the case but the stock psu only has one pcie connector - so what power supplies have you replaced the stocker with? And whats the max length video card that you can fit with keeping the 90mm fans upfront? cheers...

Hi all, We recently purchased 80 of these machines and they do everything we need. But Im guessing the QA at lenovo isn't the best because we have a few that are noisy - we have fixed this issue by repositioning the temperature sensor that controls the fans - if its straight up in the air it touches...

Fanless zalman cnps 7000?
Hi all, I am part way through creating a storage pc at home running freenas. The box will be running 24/7 and sits in a room next to the bed room so it has to be quiet. The system is a intel p4 2.8 with a gb of ram and 4 x 1tb hard drives at this stage (the drives are a bit noisy but only when in us...

Ive just built up my system into a 182 - its a tight fit and i think there is less than 1mm betweet the side panel and the top of the ultra 120 extreme - but it works. In my situation the ultra 120 can only be mounted horizontally. So for my configuration im running a 120mm at the back, one at the f...

Sorry, its a AMD AM2 5200+ and a DFI Lanparty NF590 SLI-M2R/G Runs very cool with the 1200rpm scythe fan on it and all the fans in the p182 will be replaced by these, thought given the top fan will be pretty close to the hsf and at the correct orientation i could get away with it, otherwise it will ...

Thermalright ultra 120 extreme
Hi all,
About to put this cooler and machine into a P182
Due to the dfi motherboard the cooler is orientated horizontally.
Do you think I can get away without a fan on the heatsink if i have fans in the top and back positions?
Paul

cheers, Was actually chasing setup reccomendations eg fan placement etc. seems everyone has it different with this case - in terms of blocking slots, removing fans etc. I have the scythe slfex 1200rpm fans to replace the existing ones and to get rid of the controller units. Just not sure where to pu...

Best setup for an Antec p182
Hi all, I have just bought an Antec P182 and Thermalright 120 extreme to go with my system. I am replacing a Lian li pc70 and swiftech water cooling which are starting to cause more issues in terms of mobility than anything. I have read some posts on here and other forums, as well as the review on S...
