I bought an Antec P150 with a NeoHE 430 on 3/12/05 from Nintek. I first started using it on an ASUS A8N-E (Rev 2.00, 1006 BIOS) and had absolutely no problems. I have since upgraded to the 1008 BIOS and still have no problems. The serial number is S05100032965.
