Adding another fan in series like that doesnt increase cfm but increase static pressure. so if the fan is fairly free flowing it wont help. I bought a few of the 8cm ones a year ago (ish) but wasnt that pleased with them. They all got abit of engine/tikking noise. but maybe mine was from a bad batch...?

I looked up the nulon ultra cool. Doesnt seemes like someting needed in watercooling. It doesnt really prevent algae from forming.
