cmcquistion, thanks for the feedback Looks like the NSK2400 is again nowhere in stock in Europe... So i'll need to wait before starting my new build.. Anyhow, It give me even more time to make sure my overall design sounds good. So far, foreseen components are as follows : MB : MSI K8NGM2-FID (great...

Hi, I just purchased some Scythe fans, both the new "Kaze Jyu" 10 cm fan in 1000 and 1500 rpm versions and the 12 cm S-FLEX 800 and 1200 rpm versions (SFF21D and E).. In fact, I even ordered 2 pieces of each fan as i need to replace a bunch of Papst which (i guess) have reached their end of life (ab...

Narc, just got the same concern about the Fusion. However, here in Europe, the NSK2400 is just available since few days (and the few resellers having it really make you pay the high price..) My guess, I won't see the Fusion for another 2 or 3 months.. So, if i am sure I can fit easily any third part...

I have read that it was not possible to easily install a third party VFD on one of the free 5"25 bay...
Does someone know if this is correct, ie what would prevent to install such a VFD panel ?
Thanks for the feedback

Hi, i have looked to all existing Silverstone cases and the LC-04 could be an option indeed. However, like you wrote, i can't reuse my own quiet PSU and I end up spending 3 x 160 euros.. Obviously, a case with the same layout, but which would be just a be wider in order to accept a standard ATX PSU ...

Serious modding indeed as you would need to rotate the ATX board by 90°, but at the cost of serious work/ mess with the side panel...
I wonder if anyone ever fitted a full size ATX board this way in such SFF case ?

Hello Neil, thanks for feedback. I had a look indeed to this case, and it stands quite high on the list, if i don't find a better solution.. I know this is a very compact one (compared to the average ATX case), but i am really looking for something even more compact, ideally a desktop format, as big...

Smallest case fitting a full size ATX Motherboard and PSU ?

Hello, may be a few words as intro : while posting on this forum for the 1st time, got some past quiet PC building experience as my latest silent rig design period happened at the end of 2001 (the silent PC Yahoo Group being a great source of information exchange at that time). I am very impressed b...
