Re: Shopping for a new 22-23inch monitor right now

if you can wait until end of year, dell.ca has some pretty good boxing day deals. i got a similar monitor (P2411HB) for around $190 with taxes and free shipping last year. obviously monitor prices have gone significantly lower since then: http://accessories.dell.com/sna/products/Monitors_Flat_Panel_...

[HELP] moving data to new drive

sorry for the n00b questions, but i've been out of the game for a long time... i basically built this server 4 years ago and have sadly neglected it since... one of the drives in my mirror died, so instead of just replacing it, i'm going to move the contents to a bigger drive and build a new mirror....

Re: No hot-dogs in Washington DC?

i love hot dogs from street vendors. i make it a point to try street meat wherever i go in north america (i didn't see too many hot dog stands in europe, :P) personally, i think the hot dogs from toronto are by far the best. obviously my bias comes from having grown up near toronto, but i'll give my...

looks great! I'd buy it, EXCEPT....

even a midrange GPU like the GeForce 460 GTX requires 2x 8-pin PCI-e power... why doesn't seasonic include 2 plugs? 400W could easily power a 460 GTX...maybe seasonic rep can answer this.

clash of the titans was NOT filmed in 3D to begin with... it was filmed with regular-ass cameras and then converted afterwards due to pressure from avatar's success. that's why the release was delayed, to convert the film to 3D... bolted on like a cheap aftermarket turbo kit on a honda civic (no off...

Video satire--The media fawns as Apple releases a revolutionary new computer. After viewing TV coverage of the Ipad release The Onion's video really hits home.
