EVO-120 fits perfectly. With the fan attached, there's about 1mm between it and my motherboard's (Intel DG965OT) northbridge heatsink. The cooler is tall enough so that even if it didn't fit, I could grind a millimeter or two off the fan and it would fit snugly. I have to say I was majorly disappoin...

The Lian-Li mesh covers would be perfect, unfortunately I can't find them anywhere (I don't live in the US, so ordering from performancepcs is out of the question). I'm still kinda struggling with this case and how to assemble everything. Currently I have the front completely meshed up and no optica...

I built my first computer when I was 17, and noise was the least of my concerns... neither was airflow. :) The case I used had a really restrictive rear exhaust fan grill and the most ridiculously unstable PSU ever built. It only had a single 60mm fan, but it was completely sealed off otherwise. The...

Very nice! I built my TJ08 yesterday (unfortunately not running now as my PSU has to be sent back) and I _really_ like this case. It's the only reason I went mATX. The aluminium front is very well made, I think it's at least 5mm thick. What I did was remove the 3.5" cage and 2 3.5" bezels, cut some ...

Thanks for your reply, already posted on Corsair's board but I appreciate the help. I'll be requesting an RMA tomorrow. It's honestly REALLY loud, I feel like it could burst into flames at any moment. I'm not comfortable using this computer until the PSU is replaced. Do you think there might be a ri...

HX520 - mine is stupidly loud.
When I unpacked the PSU it was love at first sight. Now the love is gone. It won't stop whining. A constant high pitched coil whine. I've had a few moments where it was very quiet, and my new computer was practically inaudible even though it's positioned less than 50cm from me right now. Is there an...

Just put my system together. I've experienced some moments of pure silent bliss. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with my Corsair HX520 as it is RIDICULOUSLY loud. Not the fan, either. There's a high pitched coil whine. I'm noise intolerant, but this would piss anyone off. It's really bad. ...

mATX Core 2 Duo boards that will house a Ninja or Noctua?
I need confirmation on whether or not any of these mATX boards will fit a Ninja, Noctua or Zalman 9500 without issue: Asrock Conroe 945-DVI (I think it does, but would like to to know for sure), Asus P5B-VM, Asus P5L-VM. I have an Intel DG965OT that won't accomodate any large coolers (pretty sure it...

Well I got half my order in. Motherboard/CPU/Raptor/fans. I don't have the Akasa EVO-120 yet, but my measurements tell me it probably won't fit. And even if the capacitors don't get in the way, I don't think I'll be able to install an exhaust fan. This is really annoying because the chipset cooler o...

Nexus fans, is it ok to cut off the molex connector?
I ordered 3 Nexus 120mm fans for my new computer, but I forgot about the ghastly molex connectors. Would it be ok to just cut these off?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I have no experience with this case so I can't help you, but one thing I've wondered about is that on the Silverstone website it CLEARLY shows the TJ04 with cut-out exhaust mount (similar to the TJ08), whereas in every single review picture I've seen, there's a restrictive perforated venthole. Seems...

Ok, this is confusing me. :) Someone enlighten me please! I'd like to asesemble a uATX Conroe-based PC, but the G965 chipset limits my RAM options.
