After reading reviews here and other places, my guess is no. Check out the recommended harddrives section: http://www.silentpcreview.com/article29-page1.html

If I understand you correctly, you mean that the fan should be closer to the interior than to the outside?

I believe a lot of PSUs are constructed like that: At least those with a 120mm or 140mm fan.

Hmm, maybe the P180 already has the best mesh already? The modder's mesh is honeycomp structure, as is the mesh of the P180.

Maybe just a dust filter would be enough? Anybody knows how that is for noise?

Fan grill - what to chose?

I have three 120mm Nexus fans controlled with Zalman Fanmate to run at the lowest rpm that allow them to start - and I have Asus Q-Fan to adjust what little more there might be to adjust. I would like to cut out the fan grills to eliminate the last whooshing sound - though quiet as it is - but with ...

I have the Asus P5B and use the Q-Fan. Mine can control the number of fans (except one) you can connect to the MB. But not individually. The CPU fan has one control, the chassis fans have another control. And then there is the power fan. You cannot adjust the fans as in SpeedFan or with Zalman FanMa...

Totally unfair that the S12-380 is in stock in Sweden (in Denmark it is currently out of stock everywhere). The Swedish price is much higher than in Denmark and with shipping the total cost approaches what I'd pay for the S12-500 in Denmark. I've decided to go for the 500. My brother is considering ...

NorthQ - NQ4775-500S Ultra Silent PSU 500Watt

I've been waiting for my S12-430 for a long time, and it seems there are no vendors in Denmark who can get any for a long time still. I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't have a complete new pc excluding PSU standing waiting for me 8) So, the above mentioned PSU was recommended by the vendor. I know ...

Because shipping within Europe is cheaper than shipping from the US - and I've been wanting to buy some for myself :)

Did you buy it online?

A couple of danish shops: Webconsult I do not recommend Webconsult. I bought my latest case there, and their way of making it quiet is to block it up almost totally. Pretty quiet, but internal temp around 65C at idle... Also, they do not keep up-to-date with neither technology nor new products. The...
