The NeoHE series PSUs are ATX12V version 2.2 compliant. They do not provide any output at -5 volts. If for some strange reason your MB requires -5 volts, then the NeoHE is not for you. More likely there is some sort of mismatch between the sensors on the board and the monitoring software. ATX12V ver...

Sorry, I forgot to mention the specifics of the PSU. NeoHE 430, S/N S06050273727 Stamped A4, and a small blue dot is pasted on the S/N sticker.
