i wouldn't go lower than a 7600gs if you plan on playing any recent games.

380W is plenty.

crossposting (viewtopic.php?t=36265) is usually not very expedient. instead of asking the same question over and over again, you might want to think why there were no satisfactory answers yet.

I'd go for a cheap (<40€) Geforce 6200 AGP card. Those are usually passively cooled, 128MB of RAM is plenty and they will support Vista's Aero.

Does your dealer of choice carry Antecs P150 or, even better, Solo cases? I'd recommend the latter along with a 330W-S12 by Seasonic.

You shouldn't need more than 300W. Appropriate fanless PSU are offered by Amacrox and Silverstone, for example. The HD135 seems to have a thought-out airflow system, so you should be fine.

The only significant comment I can make is that socket AM2 Athlons needs DDR2 800 RAM to keep pace with socket 939 Athlons of the same model using DDR 400 RAM.
