My Inspiron 1200 isn't listed at the top of the page. I guess the only truely silent, passively cooled, lowest power consuming, cheapest to buy laptop here isn't worthy of being listed.

If all you're looking for is a way to hook up the PC to a TV/HDTV, get the GeForce 6200. There are models of it that come with a component dongle and are passively cooled. Plenty of power for 1080i or 720p.
