On the Zalman ZM-MFC1 you can disconnect the white wire from the connector where it hooks onto the controller. Fold the wire back and tape it and voila. No bright LEDs. Thats what I did.

I just had an Antec 300w quit on me.

I've looked at both and chose the Solo. I suggest you look at both in person before you buy.

I don't have any experience with the Seasonic cause I am relatively new to quieting computers but I ended up getting the Corsair.

I would get the solo now. Great case at a great price. Wish I had waited a few weeks to get mine. I could have saved about $40 by getting in on the Fry's deal.

I disconnected the leds on my solo along with the leds on its Zalman Fan Controller.

My Nexus 120mm would not start at 5v. either. I put the Antec Tricool back in until I can find something else that will work. I am running a Zalman ZM-MFC1 and want to make sure that they all start at the minimum just in case my little helper (4yr old) helps by turning some knobs for me.
