I've got the S12-430, and I love it. It is only audible if you are about a foot away. I would suggest either of the S12's, and I'm sure many people from this forum will as well.

Ok, so I am using SpeedFan 4.31. By default, all temperatures were listed as "Temp 1", "Temp 2", etc. I believe I have correctly identified which temps are the CPU and HD, but I am unsure as to which is the Motherboard temp and what the others are. The seasonic S12 line of PSU's is top of the line. The S12-430 would provide plenty power for your system, and it's about as quite a PSU as you can find.
