I have both a Raptor (150 GB) and a T166 (500 GB) in the same case, and the T166 is inaudible compared to the Raptor. I wouldn't recommend it if you want a quiet PC, the seeking sounds are very loud.
This is in a P180 btw.

Not a 120 GB, but I got an 80 GB Samsung HM080HC in my HTPC and it's definitely the quietest drive I've heard. I can't hear whether or not its doing anything even if I put my ear close to it.
