i was starting to think that maybe that's what it is, i ran two instances of prime95 at same time to get full 100% load and it shows multiplier of 9, but weird is that everest showing multiplier of 7 and 429 bus speed(right now the processor is at 3.0Ghz) i didn't think that it would show lower mult...

MSI P6N SLI-FI NVIDIA nForce 650i seems to have good onboard sound with a lot of options. supports up to 7.1 hd
i'm runing three different sets of speakers on it for front left-right and back
sounds better than my old msi mobo woth onboard 5.1

multiplier still jumps in everest, but atleast it shows the desired clock speed

according to pc wizard i should see molten e6600 and a lot of smoke at 255*C lol, but the temperature for each core seems to be accurate, and then same thing as cpuz, 1.7Ghz.I'm going to mess in bios a little more and boot back into 32 bit windows and check pc wizard there. speedstep is disabled as well, i can make a video of going to all the options in bios or take a pcture of each option screen if that would help, and i checked the bios and it is the latest version.

in the picture it says that EIST is disabled, i also disabled the spreading
i'm going to try and see if there is update for bios like nzimmers said

cpuz_vs_msi

hello everybody, i have overclocked e6600 from 2.4 to 2.6 Ghz.
