Seasonic SS-460FL Pulsing Whine

So I replaced my old Nexus Value 430 with a Seasonic SS-460 and it ended up being louder than the Nexus. At first the Seasonic had a slight whine to it but it was hard to hear and you really had to put your ear right next to it to hear it. A few days later and it developed this loud pulsing, buzzing...

I would just like to say I'm a little disappointed in this article. Only a little. I was expecting something akin to opening up the monitor, dousing the offending parts in hot glue, lining the case with some sort of dampening rubber and then stuffing the empty space with cotton balls only to wrap it...
