aren't does hdd temps a little low? where did u kept them? what are your room temperatures ?

I woldn't say a lot ,but of course it helps. But i will buy some realy silent fans. What sould it be? Nexus or Noctua? Noctua are overpriced here in Romania ,but Nexus are reasonably priced. i have put the filter between the top plastic panel and the metal one.

i have the saphire 4870 I gb version and is decent never ramped up in watching movies or common application only in games and even than to a bearable level , and in combination with accelero is exceptional

i have the solution for what u are looking for.... try putting a piece of lite plastic or cardboard to touch the blades off your fans(like xray plastic) that will boost the sound to unimaginable Db.
