That's what I was trying to do. But here people expect you to use just 1 fan, passive psu's, passive everything, solid state drives, pretty cable management...etc etc :)

Performance is just as important as silence. I do lots of number crunching. DDR2 was not an option.

DDR3 is the only way to go for performance tuning. I have mine running at 7-7-7-18 DDR3-1780 1.96V. When this Cellshock Ram came out they blew my mind but I couldn't afford them. I was fortunate enough to get them retail a few weeks ago, one of the last pairs anywhere.I'm no good at cable hiding eit...

Like the attention to detail, but I think your approach to cooling the CPU is flawed, given the possibilities. Do you really need that northbridge heatsink? It's compromising the flexibility of your cooling setup...

There are other places to put hard drives...like 5.25 bays... But no passive airflow for them, drives tend to cook up there when not cooled effectively. Also why buy a case that holds 7HDDs if you'll only end up putting them in the 5.25"? Hmmm, the primary factor when choosing a case is the number ...

I'm also concerned about the 6063 T5, I wonder how it compares to steel... I plan on getting an external enclosure for my SCSI drives so that way I won't have anything blocking the front intake fan. I've been looking for a case like this for a long, long time. Obstruction-free front 120mm fan intake...
