it depends on the ambient noise...

i.e. 20dbA is almost unaudible at 2pm, but would be quite noisy at 2am in the silent night ;)

Zalman MFC2 ... does it work correctly with Noctua fans????

So I am wondering... should I buy this omg-blingy controller???

Just want to know how precise is when lowering the rpm to Noctua fans (basically S12 and P12). Works well with gfx fans as well???

Hard drives are one of the few components that dont increase in speed at drastic rates, the size keeps going up but performance is only creeping slowly... The HD is the major bottleneck in almost every computer, especially those playing games etc, for video playback its not a major issue that's a B...

The LCD in the Wacom Cintiq 15x makes a high pitched noise as well. It is at a pretty low level at least. I'm guessing it's the inverter for the LCD's backlight. -Ed Right on the spot! Today I modded my NSK-3300 rig with 3 Nexus fans (120 for case fan, 92 for PSU and another 92 for CPU) and replace...

not logical at all

ATI = AMD

so...

Nvidia = Intel.

things should be like that. In fact, most of intel users own an nvidia card, while most AMD users go for ATI. ¿psichological issues? or maybe logical?

Samsung 203B here. Sounds like it's trying to shred the disc if I boot into OS with one in, especially bad is Battlefield 2142. In XP it calms down via Nero DriveSpeed, but keeps spinning for two minutes which I can't seem to lower. Seeks are reasonable, more muted clunks than whine or sharp squeal...
