The 19dBA noise spec, if meant to apply to the fan when it's turning 2000RPM, is absurd fantasy. Just as Thermaltake's 2000RPM Thunderblade 120mm fan has a 21dBA noise spec. Cooler Master's two new fans, 90CFM at 19dBA?
