It is :) I have the A12L, too, and it comes with a 2-pin header. I think the L1A version comes with bare wires.

Well, one thing I noticed was when no load was being put on the PSU, sometimes it made a slight buzzing sound which disappeared as soon as I connected a hard drive drawing about 1A on each 5v and 12v rails. How loud would say this noise was and/or is it comparable to some other sound? I'm thinking ...
