Alright I just built a HTPC for my dad. The PC still needed a final touch... a wireless keyboard/mouse. Not wanting to spend a lot and reading this review I picked up a MonCaso MK-701 from xoxide.com (sp?) Anway... I am using it now. To me the keys type better than a standard laptop. They require a ...

Much simpler that one of those. it will end up just being a piece of metal. this one i thought would work but i suppose for some reason since my hdd tray isn't an addonics brand saturn tray it doesn't work exactly right. http://addonics.com/products/Saturn/image/25satahdd-install.gif see that little...

Need Help finding 2.5'' hdd to 3.5''

I recently picked up a patriot 32gb SSD to test. I need to find some kind of adapter that will give it 3.5'' hdd mounting holes on the bottom. I thought I had finally found something on my own to handle this: http://addonics.com/products/io/aks218ide.asp Just got them in last night laptop size hdd m...

Just a simple 80mm 33cfm/26dba fan attached to the newly drilled holes and set to pull air out of the raid cage into the case has lowered temps from 37C to 30C. I'm pretty proud as I've made the computer run the perfect low hum and decreased operating temperatures by a pretty large amount. If anyone...

I wanted to ask about this fan in a response rather than above since it would get buried in all the other things talked about. I've got a Noctua NF-P12 and I'm reasonably happy with it. It didn't lower temperatures over the PWM controlled Enermax Cluster fan but it didn't increase them either. Is th...

About 4-5 months ago I bought the Antec 900 case. It contains about 4 120mm tricools. Set all on low there was a 'sound' that I didn't like. It's not that my computer is quieter now with the fans I've replaced them with but the noise is better to my ears. I've never tried to make a PC quieter but as...
