Hi all I'm running some testing on my PC. I have read in several places that it is best to run four instances of Prime95 if you have a Quad Core. However, I am wondering if this advice is a thing of the past and whether the current P95 automatically tests all 4 cores in a single instance of the app....

As far as Windows is concerned HDMI and DVI are the same. Windows will use what the monitor reports over DDC/EDID. As long as that is correct it will be fine. Great! In that case, I think I will go through the procedure as per the link i posted above. Seems like CCC will offer nothing I need, so I don't see the point in installing it AND .NET Framework 4 if there's no reason to.

Yes. Either that or less likely, your memory. Can you confirm that your PSU is working? I can confirm that the PC boots and loads windows. So the PSU works well enough to do that......
