looking for a small and quiet, but adequate PSU to use in the Antec Skeleton on a Core i7 build
any recommendations?

I'd recommend 2 120mm S-Flex E or Slipstream M for the front intakes. For the rear 80mm fan I suggest the Noctua NF-R8 or the Kama Flow SA0825FDB12SL.
