pretty much the same as a p182 only slight differences.
Biggest thing is they got rid of the mid section at the bottom to house a longer PSU.

Sound will come out of any port, unless you put a foam block stuffing it, sound is coming out that way

Can't say about Dempak since I never used it but the 3 layer Acustipack works very well. Especially on doors of P182. It easily shaves perceived noise by half from the front fan. Its thickness means it can compete with thicker pure foam competitors while fits into places where thicker foams can't g...

My Thoughts on the Scythe Flex G

So I got my hands on this for a week now. Before this I was using thermaltake fans on my rad, rated 2000rpm 78cfm. This scythe G is rated similar. First is the noise, noiselevel is similar to the TT, but not as high pitched. Silence is not BIG concern, this post is really about performance of the 2....

I just got Sflex's, noise wise, the enermax magmas i have are quieter and move similar air.
I think a magma would work for a PSU

bleh. Scythe flex vs ultra kaze has don't really make much of a HUG diff despite the big rpm diff and static pressure temp wise. These fans will probably move more air than possibly a ultra kaze, but they might be way louder and only cool a tad better. It gets to a point of diminishing returns cause...

IMO noctuas are overrated and over marketed.
Not gonna be very hard to find a fan that spins at such low rms to be "quiet" (subjective) and moves similar air

i never hear my 620hx fan, maybe mine is just stuck at really low?
I can never tell cause the fan is facing down.
Mine doesn't make any noise, i guess i got lucky unless my fan really isn't working properly and stuck on slow

ENERMAX UC-MA12 120mm MAGMA Case Fan

Just swapped out fans and this is one of the 3 magmas I have. The other two I am keeping inside my case and this one I no longer have use for. Blows like a champ with ZERO bearing noise. Putting my ear next to it at full all you can hear is wind, can't hear bearing noise. I'd recommend it for anyone...

The p182 really doesn't need dampening of any short, there are no vibrations unless you got vibrating parts.
Only thing that really vibrates in my case is the dvd drive when it reads.

FS: 120mm Fan shrouds

I have 3 of these shrouds, they include the foam gasket for dampening and air tight seal. They also include some plastic caps, I have no clue what those are for. I bought these new and didn't end up using them, so they are pretty much brand new. $2 each + shipping. http://s5.tinypic.com/htgzfc.jpg h...

I kinda doubt this stuff will really be worth trying unless it can miraculously shave off 5C. better off with water and a little iodine or coolant to kill bacteria and call it a day. eh, it changes the flow of the water by a LOT. makes the water lose its surface tension. Most wc block makers try an...

I got these scythe fans not because i needed the cooling. they were open box and cheap and it was time to find out for myself how good scythes really are since everyone raves so much about them. I don't have cooling issues in my case, things were fine even with the antec tricools set on below medium...
