It's not on their website and it's not in their discontinued line either: http://www.antec.com/Believe_it/product.php?Type=Mg== However, judging by this review it does come very close to meeting all requirements. http://www.silentpcreview.com/Antec_Fusion_Remote_Max Although I'd prefer that it had ...

Just a follow-up to let everyone know. At least for my Antec Fusion Remote Max, the LCD seems to be fine. I am in the USA so I am not sure how this affects world-wide. The case I got has the black/white LCD, and as such, does not suffer the blue/pink box issue that many are reporting. The backlight...

And when they offer a refund because all the cases in their stock suffer the same problem, as does every one ever manufactured, you end up with no case. Better still, then you've got money to buy a product that's well designed rather than having a stream of failures. Indeed, I won't be touching Ant...

If it fails within the initial year you should be going to the company you bought it from. If they say contact Antec and Antec don't help, complain to the supplier. If the supplier still brushes it off as being an issue you should be contacting Antec about, threaten to take the supplier to trading ...

Beware any Fusion case that incorporates a Soundgraph LCD.

Check out the Antec forum at Hexus.net, many people are having issues with this range of cases.

Not sure about p183, but for a p180 a 5870 card is long enough to hit the drive cage regardless of whether there are any drives in it or not. I had to entirely remove the cage to squeeze the card in. Prior to that I had an 8800gt, which was just shorter then the rear of the drives with the cage inpl...

The Antec Fusion Remote Max fits a Scythe Orochi, most other big coolers should also fit. http://www.silentpcreview.com/article890-page5.html The Antec Fusion Remote Max is your best bet. Avoid the Fusion Max, they all have faults with overbright LCDs. At the very least you should view one before y...

Assuming you can get one that doesn't have a broken/faulty LCD. I've had 7 and haven't managed it yet! So good luck with that!

Indeed I have, unfortunately it doesn't help if the entire product line has a fault in production. *All* Fusion Remote Max's have faulty LCD's (I've been through 7 of them so far), so returning them for replacement simply gets you another faulty one. That is true. It's actually much much worse than...

If at all possible, maybe it's a good idea to find a good local shopfront retailer in your city whom you can deal with directly in person. There should be at least one retailer with a good reputation for customer service and policy for warranty and returns. Indeed I have, unfortunately it doesn't h...

Well here we are, another month goes by I've been trying to get any sort of response or solution to faults in their products for 6 months+. Tickets are simply ignored or take weeks/months to come back and bear no resemblance to the original problem, so you have to follow them up, which again takes ...

Recently bought and returned several of these, all suffered an LCD that was so bright that the display was distored and pink. After the 6th one I gave up. Antec refuse to respond to emails about it. I guess that's what happens when you review samples provided by the manufacturer. Retail boxes are no...

I've yet to read a user review of a store bought case that doesn't state the LCD is discoloured/overbright.

Every one I've personally seen (6 of 'em) has had a faulty LCD that is bright pink.

Avoid the Fusion Max for the time being unless you plan on removing the LCD.

Re: Antec Customer Support - Totally Useless

I have tried (via my company) to replace several PSU's, Antec fail to respond to faxes, or e-mail's by any means. Andy Sorry to hear your tale. It doesn't come as any surprise. The best I can say about their support in the UK is, it's none existant. Antec are simply uncontactable in any way, shape ...

Antec have fantastic support. Couldn't disagree more, I've found them to be virtually uncontactable via email/support. In the end I had to phone them international to get any response. Their promises to get back to me to help resolve issues never materialised. Frankly, the best I could say about An...

Re: Antec Fusion Remote - LCD backlight problem

Long time reader, first time poster here. Based on this website, i bought a Fusion Remote. I've been researching a problem i've been having with the LCD, and it seems that lots of people are having this problem, yet i see no mention of it on silentpcreview. The problem is that the backlight of the ...

OK, well.. am now on my 5th Fusion Max case, every one has had a faulty display, massively overbright such that the black portions of the display are pink. None of the LCD's turn off when the PC shuts down, unlike my Fusion (mATX) case. Decided to give up. The best thing I can say about this case......

Just bought one of these, unfortunately the case itself was great but the LCD....what a disaster. In all other respects the case more than lives up to expectations, but the LCD backlight is so bright that the display colours are distorted to cyan text on a pink background as opposed to blue on black...
