i'm in the process of making the keys quieter on my kensington ci73 laptop style keyboard. i've been using a small ball of elmer's tack under each key where it meets the rubber dome. i have about half the keys done and it sounds quieter. the longer keys like the spacebar were harder to quiet, though...
