asus (and asrock )boards have the same problems; it seems to be a combination of components(mobo+psu+cpu) base clock is standard at 133 ; Tyr has overclocked the cpu( very easy with this one) I.m going to try my luck with a msi board(has a different phase regulation than asus/gigabyte/asrock. disabeling speedstep and c1e does not solve the problem
Maybe disabeling c-states is a solution,but turbo-boost will not work anymore

It seems to be a problem with the intel p55 platform
It is caused by the energie saving of the cpu; the voltage is constant changing at low load
Putting a load on the cpu or setting the Vcore at a fixed level is a solution to the problem
