Hi Jordan. Thank you for this interesting material. Maybe it's a speculation from me, but maybe not. I don't tend to believe every paper preferring to collect information and follow prudent approach. Better cooling is not a panacea but is desireable for all components, especially for mechanical devi...

It's a really great case. I'm going to buy it. But some questions still remain. 1. What is the exact distance between the front panel with 5.25'' slots and the front door? Some people might like to install rheobuses, amplifiers or anything similar. This has been already asked but nobody answered. 2....

Has anyone tested one of these cases? I haven't found any references to noise measurements. I also suspect that Thermaltake is quite loud but we can probably do some acoustic tuning. At least these cases are pretty nice and shouldn't be simply ignored.

Thank you. That's right, they pay too little attention to the noise. Only general phrases are there. Currently I'm thinking to buy Antec Performance One P183 and change fans to something like Scythe Gentle Typhoon or Noiseblocker Multiframe Series. So there are several reasons to look on Scythe Fenr...

Scythe FenrisWolf Case

Yesterday I have found little information on this new ATX case: Scythe FenrisWolf. There are no valuable overviews (at least in English) on the Internet but I suspect it's a good thing: aluminium body, good Scythe fans, HDD stabilizer etc. Does anyone have experience?

Hello!
Thank you for your replies and good advice. Now I see it’s better to wait for PowerColor Go! Green HD5750 1GB to come retail. Market in my country promises to start selling it in February 2010. I see it is already being discussed on the forum but no one has seen it yet.

Good luck!

And this one from PowerColor is the successor: PowerColor Go! Green HD5750 1GB GDDR5 (ProductID=6838) It should be more energy efficient (cooler under same conditions) probably without performance loss. As PowerColor states, 21% less power consumption. They even have removed 6 pin power connector, P...

Palit GeForce GTS 250 Green

Hello! Recently I have come across this graphics card: Palit GeForce GTS 250 Green (two editions: 1GB and 512MB) Does anybody have any experience and feedback? Is it worth buying the subj especially for low-noise PC? Manufacturer claims this device to have lowered power consumption with some "green ...
