I have that on an E5300, its pretty quiet.

I've had success with the XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 running passive in a P180 mini with just the 200mm fan on low on the E5200 as well

its also easier to fit a 120 rad in most cases than a 7" tall tower cooler.

I use an H50 and have one laying around, paid 40 or less for both of them, which is why I bought them

I run a AII 240 at stock clocks on a gigabyte ud3 785G motherboard. antec p180, a big xigmatek cooler and no fans. SSD, sata DVD and momentus 5400.6 320gb hdd

2x2gb of ddr2 I *think*, maybe 2x1gb


idles around 30w w/o undervolting

do you happen to know the max height you have to work with?


sadlt it seems like goings to be close to 120-130mm. I beleive most of the bigger towers are closer to 160mm, but others on here would know better than me
