I've bought a LG Flatron W2220P two weeks ago. One of the very few cheap non-TN monitors. At 100% luminosity, it's silent. But the brightness is unbearable -- and setting the software brightness at -90% just ain't nice. Also, at 100%, the brightness is uneven, visibly darker on the right side. At 0%...
