Re: Signature Rules

I've just made my signature. The "size=9" BB-code doesn't seem to work any longer however.
For "small" font I had to take "size=85" instead.

Kind Regards,

Re: josephclemente's Lian Li PC-A05NB + Blow hole-cooled HD5

What I find most interesting here is the displaced PSU. Any idea where I can find, separately of course, these cords that extend the power connection from the PSU? Well, you could make your own easily enough with an old lead and one of these and a bit of modding to the back of your case. By doing t...

What I find most interesting here is the displaced PSU. Any idea where I can find, separately of course, these cords that extend the power connection from the PSU? Also regarding your trayless bay; you say you suffer from its vibrations. Here you can find a similar one that actually decouples the ha...

The Elite 330 has a gap between the PSU and the top of the actual case, as I do have some cables tucked in there (or did in the past). Oh, right. Well that might complicate matters a bit. Anyways, I've looked up the price of the 334. It's 30 euros, w/o shipping (Germany => Belgium). That leaves ple...

Go easy on me buddy, this is my first try at painting/ modding. lol If you don't say, you can't expect me to know, can you? My comment was based on the assumption of you having "pro" skills. Besides, I don't think I was too harsh as I started off with a positive notice. Maybe I shouldn't have poste...

You could cut a hole in the top of the case, but I wouldn't simply for looks. If you're more for efficiency than how it looks, by all means, a hole above the PSU could do it for you without problem. "Form follows function" is my motto. Simple convection currents should be capable of pulling the hot...

I would like to say even a low amount of airflow would be enough for a passive power supply at low/moderate loads , (...) According to the PSU-calculator under http://web.aanet.com.au/SnooP/psucalc.php , my system needs 292W DC. Something more realistic would be 180-190W DC under load (gaming). My ...

The airbrushed panels look very nice indeed. I guess most of us are stuck with sticking vinyls. But, what happened to the black drive wall? I can see silver spots. And it's mounted crooked too; on your pictures I see this is because of the case-foot. You could maybe have cut out a piece of the drive...

Hello, Thanks for the replies. Try the Antec 300 tons of airflow, solid and cheap. Yeah, I've spotted that case too. Nice case, if it weren't for my Fanless PSU. Mounting it on the bottom would cause the heat to be directly transferred to the cards and mainboard, since its heatsinks are faced in tha...
