I basically just duct taped a 120mm fan next to my two fanless graphic cards, and it's working very well. I have a P183.

I use the 3M filtrete product designed for air conditioners. I just cut it out and put it behind the existing wire mesh filters in my P183. That way you can vacuum the mesh several times before you need to change the filter. (I use the same method for the air conditioners too.)

Given that the Mini P180 (which is basically a P183 mATX) seems to be going away, I am not sure that this series is going to be updated, or even continued much longer. What?!? I hope not. I doubt that they are going to get discontinued, someone will still make 1920x1200. They are awesome in portrait mode for programming. My Samsung SyncMasters draw about 25W with current settings.
