Hi everyone. I just went through MSI Z87-G43 mobo manual and seems they did the same thing as asus: - CPUFAN1/2 pinout: 1 - ground, 2 - +12V, 3 - Sense, 4 - Speed Control - SYSFAN 1/2/3 pinout: 1 - ground, 2 - Speed Control , 3 - Sense, 4 - NC I guess NC stands for 'not connected'.
