Can anyone confirm the DVI output on GA-J1900N-D3V is limited to 1920x1080?
It sounds ridiculous to me.

Re: Bay-trail motherboards
Thanks for mentioning Logicsupply, I've never heard of that shop before. They seem to have exactly the type of stuff I've always been interested in. However, browsing their selection, it's evident that a board meeting the requirements isn't going to be a whole lot cheaper than the ASRock.. sure, the...

Re: Bay-trail motherboards
It all depends of course. Reliability can be hard to measure. There are other things (such as power consumption/efficiency) we sadly can't measure until someone gets one of these board in his hands. To me the price (180GBP for IMB-150, VAT included) is so-so, not horrible, but obviously there are ch...

Re: Bay-trail motherboards
No matter it's power, it doesn't have digital video output, so I see no point in using that as 1080p player. Out of curiosity, have you actually compared the quality of analog and digital outputs? I use a 1920x1200 display on VGA and it really takes pixel peeping and unlikely patterns to find where...

Re: Bay-trail motherboards
Can't wait to see a review of these boards. I'm one of these people fascinated by the idea of a computer that consumes very little energy, makes no noise, doesn't suck loads of dust in, etc. So far Atom has been the closest real option, but Intel has failed to deliver... all early Atom boards came w...
