Doesn't Fan Xpert analyze fans and set lower speed limit according to starting voltage (like with Z77 boards, for example)? It does. You delieding of the 4770K was just to take off the top copper plate, cleaning the CPU from the old past and putting cool laboratory liquid paste and then putting back the copper plate and installing the cooler? Yes, pretty much. I closely followed video in this thread , even bought the same gloves...

I was not aware of the GPU torquing until I saw the pictures - it is much less noticeable irl.
