The Smart Drive 2002 is too rich for some peoples blood. Although, I'm currently using it on 2 of my Seagate SCSI drives and it works like a charm. The Smart Drive will eliminate most of the whine and reduce the overall noise, while still maintaining a decent temperature.

Ok, since it looks as if 120mm fans are the king when it comes to performance and quiet. I'm curious to what everyones opinion on the best 120mm fan to use. I have a full tower and assume that most people are going to use a 1in and 1out configuration(when it comes to 120mm just cause they are so hug...

Solid State HDD from Bit Micro

I was curious where to purchase the Bit Micro drives. I didn't notice on thier site where to buy them or if they sold them directly. Looking for the scsi (U320) versions inparticular.

The Smart Drive 2002 is honestly the way to go if your willing to spend the money. I currently have 2 scsi hdd's (Seagate 36GB ST336607LW and 16GB ST318406LW) inside the Smart Drive 2002 with no problems. Sure I can still hear them seek, but thats not why I bought them. The whiny pitches that emanat...
