I do not know if it makes a sense. Just two days ago, coming back from an overclock setting the bios default, I noticed a graphic card coil whine (Asus R9 290 DCU2). I checked all the bios option to find a solution (ASUS HERO VI). Setting "Extreme" on DIGI+ CPU power phase control the noise disappea...
