I'll keep my disks, they are recent and 3Tb (Raid 1) is enough for me. Most of the time, they are sleeping so they don't use much power. It seems that ASRock supports 3,5" HDD, they estimate 4 disks with 2 slots or DRAM consumes ~79W for their Baytrail-D boards.
It's more than enough for me as my disks consume ~15W when spinning
